Perched high on top of a hill to catch the cool breezes and splendid mountain views, this two bedroom casita ("little house") is in the gated community of Rancho Santana just 60KM from the border of Costa Rica. This area of Nicaragua is known for it's diverse and consistantly challenging surfing. Rancho Santana boasts 2 miles of private coastline with 3 distinct beaches.

With all softgoods, appliances, kitchen supplies, Direct TV/DVD/stereo systems in place. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and there is a hot water shower. From the front terrace is a sweeping view of the surrounding mountains; there is a second terrace off the master bedroom. From either you can hear the waves as they thunder on the beach just a few minutes walk away. Panoramic bar and restaurant with swimming-pool.


INCLUDE :

- TWO BOAT-TRIPS EVERYDAY,(we' re very reactive to surf the greats peaks at the best time).

- THREE MEALS PER DAY (fish on barbecue, lobsters, gallo-pinto, ceviche, hamburgers, salads, nice breakfast).
